QIMEYA®
Pronounced:/kee-MEH-yah/
A fusion of meaning. A ritual in a name.

Our story
My name is Maya, and the idea for this brand was born from a turning point in my life — a time marked by chronic tension, restless sleep, and the constant search for balance.
I discovered acupressure almost by accident. At first, it was simply about pain relief. But as I kept using the mat, I realized something deeper was happening: I was sleeping better, feeling lighter, more connected to myself. What began as a tool became a ritual.
Our brand name is a fusion — like our philosophy. One part is inspired by Qi, the life energy that flows through the meridians of the body, as understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The other reflects our mission: to design products that feel as good for your body as they look to the eye.
The name QIMEYA® itself tells the story:
[ Qi ] /kee/ → From Qi, the life energy that flows through your body in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It’s the invisible current that brings vitality, balance, and internal clarity.
[ Me ] /meh/→ A return to the self. “Me” is where the ritual begins — presence, pause, reconnection.
[ Ya ] /yah/→ a whisper of softness, a graceful ending, found across cultures. Flowing, nurturing.and feminine harmony.
Our approach.
We believe ancient wisdom can be translated into modern life — without needles, clinics, or complexity. Each mat we design is grounded in more than 5,000 years of healing principles, refined into elegant, minimalist tools for self-care.
Whether you seek a daily moment of calm, a break from back pain, or a better night’s sleep — our mission is simple: to help you realign with your energy, naturally.
